22th September 2026Call for applications opens
6th November 2026 23:59Call for applications closes
w/c 14th December 2026Shortlisted applicants are invited to interview
24th & 25th February 2027 Face-to-Face panel interviews take place in Cardiff
w/c 1st March 2027Applicants notified of the interview outcome
March 2027 Fellows identify their supervisors team and finalise draft project proposals with assistance from a GW4-HP2 Director and the Programme Manager
26th April 2027Fellows submit draft project proposals for peer review
May 2027Draft project proposals peer reviewed
w/c 7th June 2027Fellows respond to reviewers comments
w/c 28th June 2027Project proposal interviews take place
23rd July 2027Final amendments to project proposals are completed and signed off
